For my first idea is Trashman!
Trashman would be an easy way to make money starting out and or being bored. You could make it available from the Hardware store / etc for like 200$. Then players could roam the city taking out trash from manholes, as well as even add some trash in the sewers! Have these men clean up the city!

Second idea is a Medical Faction?
Allow somebody to become a "Medical Faction" only allowing 1 or 2 on the server. these guys would get access to the Hospital. Would not be overseen by UA and would be able to basically be EMS. Just without the retards not promoting, and being inactive. This way it'll be a player ran thing instead of it being a UA overseen govt faction. This 'medical faction' would not be considered as GOVT but would be seen as a private medical organization. These guys would be able to see a new chat called "/ems" which would be used by players to call for ems whenever there are situations needing it. Not sure if anyone would want to be a medical faction but it would be worth it to try anyways.
Third idea is a Repair man.
The Repair tool would be made publicly available to buy at a store, like the hardware store. This would allow players to buy it and become repairman for peoples vehicles. For example somebody could open a business that would be set up somewhere on the side of the road repairing peoples vehicles for a price of like 500$. Would be a nice easy way for somebody to make quick money. The retarded 30 second thing is retarded as I literally said.
Fourth Idea is Craftable Items.
This is a big idea, and could put a strain on the server. But you could make it where there is a small mine somewhere, or something like that and you can collect those resources to make Melee weapons, guns and sell the ores to an NPC by itself. You could also make a rare ore that generates underwater somewhere.
Fifth Idea is for Fishing!
Currently the fishing is just You fish, you sell it to the NPC that's it! Add a few more rare fish, make it where you can actually Cook and eat them. This would add an Exotic taste to the Restaurant business. Fish like the Lionfish, Mantis Shrimp, and the Nordic Wolffish, could be added to where you can only obtain them by fishing but make it extra Rare! maybe even add a bit of shark that you can get. It would make it to where there is more to it, aswell as Restaurants would be able to go out there and would have to WORK for exotic foods. -- Adding onto the crafting menu, you could make it were you could make more food!? Make it where you need 2 bread and like a cooked carp to make a fish sandwich. Basic things like this would put a drastic twist onto the Resturanting business.
Sixth Idea is for Magazines/newspaper
I know previously there was sombody who did newspaper stuff etc, but make it were people can open a Newspaper company and actually write shit on it, putting this stuff to use.
Not a legal idea, but a idea at that.
Faux clothes?? Make it to where at the barge for a sum of money you could obtain fake Cop clothes, and a badge etc. Aswell as a temporary name change type system. Meaning sombody could buy Faux Cop clothes and badge etc and could pretend to be a cop. but leave off some key details, Cant acess radio, Guns are different than the polices, No police car etc.

For your 1st idea I don't like the idea of adding a dark rp type of job to the server but if they were to add repairable stuff in the sewers or even other jobs that have a mini game or something other than waiting 5 real minutes coming back and selling
For number 2 EMS got disbanded for a reason there was no one that really wanted to run the hospital it would be cool to see someone try to start this but that's really all it would be is cool it would die faster then a Rossi subsidiary
For number 3 I just dont see this one happening at all
for number 4 craftable items are cool as well but it has to be balanced you should only be able to craft splints shivs and low tier weapons you shouldnt even be able to craft a pistol or anything like that
for number 5 this should be added already it would give us a huge variety of food to use in clubs and restaurants (I defiantly see people getting pk'd because of lionfish and puffer fish though and that's a huge L)
number 6 has already been added in it just needs to be repolished and we need actual news companies to come out and start making newspapers and reports on the pd and situations in rp

Sorry, this is mostly Darkrp jobs. No one will actually do these for rp, only as a starter for easy money. It would be useless and just give another way for new players that doesn't care about rules to minge.
