What flags were blacklisted from you?: PET
Reason for blacklist (if given): I don't think there was one and if so I don't remember.
Why should they be returned?: I've gone roughly a month+ without my PET Flags and I understand that they're a privilege. I am sorry for any actions that I caused with them and I've learnt that I shouldn't do it again.

Ultimately, I think Scar has learned. If he makes another mistake with them again, they should be removed.
