Long Answer
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I want to be a staff member to help the community. I have seen some questionable things happen in the server and it should not be tolerated. I want to help the community grow and expand to be the best it possibly can be. I have development skills and I want to help the server with new features and be the best it can be, even if that means being a hard ass if needed. This server has been by far the best server I have been a part of on the roleplay side of Garry's Mod, I want to help make the server popular and grow as a community.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I can be available all the time, I have no free time. I can be on the server at anytime needed. I have about 7 months of DarkRP experience as a Moderator/Admin. I also have experience in SantosRP as an Administrator for about 3 months. I used to help develop Garry's Mod server back in 2019 aswell as early 2020. I have development skills and I want to help the server with new features and be the best it can be, even if that means being a hard ass if needed.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes, IronStone DarkRP ((7 Months) 2019)), SantosRP ((3 Months) 2018-2019))
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No, I have never been banned from a server before.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I am relievable and trustworthy, I am active and I stay in character at all times.

Problem Solving
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would get on-duty and handle the situation and try and understand why they were RDMing. I would then ask them to stop, if it continues I would remove them from the game and make a report about it if needed.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would get a clip of them abusing their power and send the clip and report to higher rank that can handle the situation better than I can.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would explain to them the rules they have been breaking, kindly as them to stop. If the situation continues I would kick them from the game as it does not matter if they are your friend you have to treat everyone the same.
