Reason For Ban: "saying i'm gonna ddos someone"

I apparently said I was going to ddos/boot someone offline when I never did, I don't know why I was accused of "ddosing" someone even though I have no clue on how to do that. Why someone accused me of it idk, my story was that I logged onto the server with my friend, we walked around a bit and saw a lot of "action on the road next to the hospital", we go over, as we were curious what everything was about, We go over and someone is breaking one guys tires and one other guy is shooting people who spoke. we start talking to some other dude at the side about what is happening and some guy comes over and says "beg for your life or take the price", keep in mind we did nothing to deserve this, I say "Please don't, I have a wife and kids" I get shot once but didn't die, as I try running away i'm dead, i'm in the hospital for a bit and boom my friend pops up. We just gave up on the situation, me and my friend go to buy some "cigs" and continue with our day. As were walking I get teleported up on top of a building and some guy who I never met said I was threating to "ddos" him, "I said you got the wrong person" then he talks about how I "threatened" him, I say I didn't do this and that I am doing this in "RP" and that its "figuritive language" The admin asks if I made the threat and I say "yes" because I did, in game, in the moment I forgot about the part where I "said I was gonna ddos him" and only laid attention on the "your gonna regret this " threat. after like 15 seconds of silence I get a pop up saying "Banned". Keep in mind this is a couple of days old as I was busy over the week days.
Why I should Be Unbanned: I have been playing this server for about 2 months and I have invited various friends on it, I enjoy the server and I think the reason for the ban was a little dumb, I play this server a lot and most of my gmod hours are on this server, getting banned for a month will not be very cool.
Additional Information: My Friend that was with me at the time was "tyrone tyrone" he also experienced it all.
correction, I just logged on to see the remaining time on my ban and it says permanent now

Hello, I'm the banning administrator. The reason you were banned was as stated on the reason - DDoS threats.
Additionally, you admitted to it in the sit; and you said it was because you were a little mad.
However, I'm willing to ask for an un-ban if your intentions were not malicious. I would like to add I never said "You'll regret this", in-fact I only asked you if you said it, and why. Then came to my conclusion after telling you what it was.
(Your ban was extended to permanent due to it being a DDoS threat.

Hello Mr. Vex, when I said I admitted it thought it was about me saying the "you'll regret this" I did say that to the guy after. and my intentions were never malicious, I would not threaten someone irl over a roleplay server, also I never meant to make it seem like you said the "you'll never regret this" part, I said that to the dude that shot me.
