Why should you be unbanned? To start I would like to clarify I have 1 previous 2-day ban for punch minging a friend. An admin saw me punching while he was afk and I never bothered to dispute the ban. On the current event where I accidentally hit 2 or 3 people outside the police station, my plan was to break hard and push the police car out of the parking space and take it for myself but I live in Aus and my ping on the Miami server is generally above 300 so when I was about halfway my game froze and I plowed straight into the police station I really didn't mean to hit anyone, I understand my actions were dumb and I shouldn't have even been trying to park like that I am very sorry to the people I hit. shouldn't have tried such a maneuver while driving while laggy. I'd also like to appeal the NITRP claim that I was mic spamming, which is not true I was playing my Metallica cassette at the point I came around the corner it was already about two minutes into the song therefore any claim that I deliberately put it on is false I have had that cassette for over a month I didn't put it on to minge. I'd like to apologize for driving in an irresponsible way and I won't do dumb shit like that again. and I will be fine with some sort of ban but I feel that 2 weeks is too long in I think a week ban seems more reasonable. I have been an active member for about two months now with no offenses other than the one I already explained at the start.

Hello, I'm the banning administrator.
To start out with. The reason for it being two Weeks is the fact that you have already been noted three previous times for rule breaks. Additionally, the VDM was so blatant that I knew right then and there it was on purpose. The situation starts as stated. We we're outside of pd making arrests and dealing with other people messing around. When you came around the corner (Having a good amount of time to stop) ramming into a crowd of people, whilst playing music. Thus, it seemed as if you were blatantly Mass vdming, hence why you were banned -- > https://streamable.com/ibqft0
After seeing you do this, I switched to my staff character and issued the punishment. Before you could do anything else. However, if this is true that you lagged, which there is no proof of so it's a flimsy claim. I would be willing for a reduction a/o a full unban depending on the decision of UA that reviews this.
