if this is a retry at the first toyko manji gang we had, the last gang did not do so well so that's bad, but if this a different thing then I don't see why we don't give them a chance down in miami

You seem to have a lack of playtime, and therefore experience. This is fine if you have an experienced command structure under you.
I love the no minge tolerance, keep that shit up.
I love the idea of a Japanese Motor faction, so many interesting vehicles to see spring up.

Usually, Triads don't really last long - they mostly put on cringe accents and just minge. No actual rp from my experience. Until someone proves my otherwise this remains a negative.

After talking to the leader his ideas for the factions future are bright and the rp he plans to bring sounds very nice. I see this faction being a good fit for Miami
