Reason for Appeal: Well first off I shot a dude who hit me the cop saw, said it was good at first I ran to the Clothing store and logged off to take the shower after they tried to aresst me I downed them and ran off and logged, the banning admin Rem has not been good in sits I showed him evidence in a sit and he said this sit is taking to long and returned us. I load back in and im banned? The Captain was apart of the gang NSG and was trying to be a cunt to me the cop was minging and everything. Tried to talk to the Admin he said he cant tell if it was failrp I dont recall any of the people involved had a recording.
Additional Information (images, videos, etc): Also Rem said he saw a clip then said he didnt have a clip. Also tried to be cunty and say "Im not required to send you the video" Right after my ban he got off lmao.

NSG has been aggressive towards OGs faction and has probably used OOC knowledge to come and harass them. Along with that Rem didn’t take him to a final sit to say that he’s getting banned, instead he got returned because it was taking to long.

Last night we had mutiple NSG RDM us and Rem took the sit and did nothing when I showed him DM evidence between me and NSG leader
Said I killed a cop but I downed both of them ran off to another location and logged off
Also my first offense of LTARP when there was no RP to it no one was Rping if you call a Captain going on patrol in dress uniform asspulling a shotgun then you are a bit dumb.

I said I cannot give you the video because I no longer have the link to the video anymore as I opened it up inside gmod. Also, please do not reply to ban appeals if you are not involved. I couldn't take him to a sit because he LTARPed. I waited 5 min before banning him to give him time to reconnect. Police was clearly in pursuit and you logged inside the clothing store next to the officers body.

The POV was not an officer, but there was an officer on the scene while you were shooting at him. He can be seen with a shotgun.

Stop lying, cops were not in persuit you legit straight up did not wait 5mins because it takes less for me to log in, I killed two both had shotguns, you also said the same thing to my friend on his App you had a video then never showed him the video
And the asian guy and the dude in the blue were breaking NLR I killed them way before that happend they ran back Maurice Cheeks is a NSG and he is overly corrupt and if you looked in logs you would see I killed both cops before this clothing store shit happend

Mutiple people have had this problem with you you dont go for the full story you take witnesses the asian dude and the blue dude were dead came back and watched the situation I also have some sus on them how did they find me I ran in a random building while they were still down the street and the run directly to my location
next time get the full story before you get ban hungry

You cannot disconnect from an active RP situation (in this instance shootout) to avoid the RP. Regardless if you believe there was a rulebreak you must call an Admin to Mediate the issue. Not disconnect. The video clearly shows you engaging in a shootout then disconnecting. I also personally looked at the logs for Rem, which shows you damaging the officer then logging off, and instructed him to wait 5 to 10 minutes to see if you would reconnect or message an Admin (incase you had crashed).
I'd also like to point out that you attacking Rem and accusing him of either incompetence or bias isn't helping here.
You're lucky the ban is only 2 days despite your previous bans. Shape up.
