Reason for ban: RDM | LTAP

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I killed a guy for a reason I felt worthy of me killing him. I was called into a sit and then banned for RDM and LTAP. First thing I want to address which I cant really say much for was the LTAP. I stated to the moderator that "I gotta go IRL please hurry this up" which he proceeded to take a whole 10 minutes or something to ban me. IRL shit I had to do couldnt wait so I went off my computer (it was urgent but as I said I cant say much other than I care about IRL more than game). I told the moderator "I had to go so hurry up" multiple times but nothing was done. So that was that and I do apologise but I just cant put everything on the game. As for the RDM, I killed the guy (worker for mastery) because he raised prices of oil to 6.8k. Me and the Owner Lucas had made an agreement for a 5.6k oil deal. Meaning we can only sell for 5.6k, nothing higher. This worker broke these rules which we attempted to fix by telling him to stop. He wouldnt listen and in return posted another 6.8k advert. This pissed me off as he showed little to no interest and that this was effecting my faction's business. It was ruining the customers due to them wanting to go to the higher paying people. It also meant my guys would make no money which is vital for us to be able to run efficiently. Afterwards, we went back to Hardware store to warn him one final time, which he then locked me in his building on purpose. I told him to unlock it which he did! But he was causing huge issues so I decided to kill him. This was to hopefully send a message to him due to nothing else working. However he later called a sit and ADMITTED that it could have been dealt ICly due to the CCTV. The mod didnt care and still banned me.
Why should you be unbanned? 1. This should have been dealt ICly 2. I had a reason to kill the guy | I have been on this server for about 1 and a half years. I have always attempted to do what is best for the server. I have always RP to the best of my ability. I do not intend to ruin someone elses experience and I never will. I believe this whole incident was a misunderstanding/unexperienced moment for the mod. I respect his decision however it is wrong. In my DMs the guy who called the sit even admitted that it was his bad. He may not have intended to harm our business however he was, and he didnt listen. I acted in the moment to help my company from losing all its money/customers. In my perspective also, it looked like he was harming the company which he even admitted to.

I also would like to say 1 more thing. Even though the ban will be done in 1 hour, I wish for it to be removed in case of it harming my future experience on this server. My previous ban (which was removed) is still on my noted which the mod got confused with and kept bringing up. I feel this sways staff into the wrong direction which harms my chance of defence. I would also one day love to do something that will benefit the server and give something back to the community and owners. Which I dont want this silly incident to ruin or tarnish. Thanks.

I felt the ban was justified, reason being is: You killed a man and you reason was "Raised oil prices". After telling you i don't find it reasonable enough to kill someone over prices you changed to the reason "He locked me in a building", after being shown this clip : "https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/fYsRmq4TBYNjG/8X9c78JNz0i9?invite=cr-MSxDOGssNTUzNDIxOTks" of Bill Royce unlocking the door for him, he stuck to the oil price reason, which i didn't find reasonable to kill him for. In the clip Bill Royce lags for 3 seconds and in those three seconds Harold Randerson kills Bill Royce with a mini14. For the LTAP part of it, I don't recall you ever saying you've got to go.

Check logs. I clearly stated I needed to go to which you failed to do anything about. When you asked me questions you didn't fully hear me out. It wasnt just because "They locked me in their building" it was the fact by them changing prices and causing a dispute that it was ruining my business. I cant stand by and let it happen. Which is the reason I killed him. All I ask of you to take from this situation is to not be one sided. Attempt to be neutral till final decision. You was clearly favouring the person who made the ticket. Who even admitted during the sit that it couldve been handled ICly. He even apologised to me after the fact in DMs. Take this as a lesson for future sits and disputes. Also remember to check if a ban has been voided because you had brung up the fact I was banned. Comes with experience.

I saw that the previous ban was voided, during the sit. I looked at the situation from both perspectives. I had an Administrator, in a discord call, giving me his suggestion.
