What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *My motivation applying for staffing Is knowing I get to take on the reasonability every day in helping with the garry's mod community by protecting the best servers known around. I always am pleased with catching cheaters and the greatest minge men of all time. I stay with taking my spare roleplay time as playing with the best officers known in Miami PD. Roleplaying as a officer has taught me you can help everyone around you in this community but you have to show patience and dedication as I keep moving with building a great reputation for our community I prove to show motivation and is my key and I have what it takes!
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I have spent time to understand that this community works different amongst others I have seen in the past. I have taken the time to learn how to help other players and show respect always no matter what inconvenience is coming. I take time to help others with questions and always give information to help them in there future! I'm very outgoing and always down for any task given never cause conflict very respectful. I understand rules and assignment's that are given.

I show respect towards others and most thank me for services since my job I roleplay as only is police I supervise as a corporal for Sgt's and Lt's I make to assist anyone needing city information or help with anything in the city always trying to show new citizens when they can start!

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I put in a staff report to see if any staff are actively online if they are not then I submit a report with evidence in forums and wait till it is handle by another staff member.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Report the suspicious behavior to forums for investigation always go by *protocol *
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:You proceed to give punishment even if it is a friend therefore being if you didn't proceed you would be breaking rules of being a active staff member in the community. Therefore being that it is a friend I would make a report to higher rank to take over sit to ensure punishment for actions was taken fairly and all treatment is equal

I don't usually +1 staff applications. But I've seen this guy have exceptional behavior whilst roleplaying. He is very mature, & very kind.
I don't really personally know him, but I can only assume he'll be good based off the confrontations I've had with him.

+1 worked with him in the PD for a good time he is a real understanding guy he very patient he never has much of outburst do think some of the answers could of been longer but he answered them pretty well.
