Reason for PK: Police Shootout
Why should you be unPK'd?: Ok so here is the story. There had been a guy running around the server, he would use donuts to knock over cars, he would hit cars, etc. just being an absolute minge white-shirt asshat. Well he followed me into the Gas Station, and was just annoying me, most of the server had already gotten tired of him so I popped a round in him, Officer Rufus saw this and proceeded to tell me to put the gun away, I complied.
Then another minge came up behind Officer Rufus and hit him with a bat, he then proceeded to hit me, I pulled my gun out and hid in the corner. I had thought the officer died so I had kept an eye on the door incase the minge entered. Officer Rufus entered and I started firing, I popped off 2 rounds before I tried apologizing (this can't seriously be considered an RP scenario, there were minges) Officer Rufus defended himself thinking I was trying to instigate a shootout with him.
due to the circumstances of Minges, and my personal compliance, I think it is clear I did not want to instigate a shootout, Officer Rufus is not at fault he was following the rules
Those are the facts of why I think this should be Voided, now my Opinions are also something that should be taken into account, Officer Rufus and I have never gotten along, I was the one who started an IA report against him, and I also shit talk him daily. due to this, I think Officer Rufus wanted me PKed, I can't prove that he heard me say "Im sorry Im sorry" and attempt to put the gun away, but a part of me thinks he did and he didn't care.
That is the reasoning, I hope the staff of Diverge can understand and I hope the staff of Diverge agree to Void my PK. thank you for reading

the bat died, you looked directly at the scene after the cop had killed the bat guy. You backed up and pulled a gun.
