[color=#cccccc]Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): [color=#b9bbbe][font=Consolas,]A hard childhood growing up in poverty-stricken Poland in 1939. When the Soviets and Germans invaded his homeland in 1939, he and his family were sent to camps. For months they were all forced to work hard labor. In the winter, it became harder to keep warm and the boy’s parents would give the little bit of scrap from a blanket they had to their boy. Not so long after their capture, the guards would violate his mother and then end her life. The boy would find his mother's body laid outside a wooden guard station in dirty snow. With the death of his mother and later his father, he would escape to the soviet border, but when the Germans came marching, the boy had no choice but to flee. Traveling with a group of refugees, they would make their way all the way to America after the war. The boy’s childhood has been nothing but grief and death and that is something he would carry all his life. Spending a little time up in New York doing various business deals selling oil back and forth from Miami, he made many connections in Miami that would land him the dream of a lifetime. His move to Miami and the start of his new company was looking to be a success. Running it with some friends from Poland and people he came to know as family. Miami will be a cakewalk for him. We definitely need more diversity in criminal factions on the server, and a polish mob would be great. Though you should add a few more sentences to your backstory and maybe a few pictures to make it more appealing.

I have seen this guy around and he would be a great faction leader, also I want to see something more diverse RP on the server.
Aside from that, flesh out the back story a little more and this is golden.
