Server this occurred on?: 1980's Mafia roleplay- Divergent Networks
Time of Incident: Around 2:50 PM CST roughly.
Rule(s) Violated: I've looked through the rules and know that it's a rule but cannot locate directly where it is located. (Taking a sit for a Pk regarding a faction you're a member of.) Regardless of the rule that was broken I don't think that the people who run and maintain this community to have people tarnish its reputation like this. The staff member called me a 'pussy' Cussed me out and was incredibly disrespectful regarding the situation. I was baffled and quite frankly stunned after witnessing my ticket being handled like this, I do want to add however that other than this I really have not had any bad experiences with the staff team here at Divergent Networks.
Evidence (Videos/Screenshots):My computer cannot run recording software but Wish the staff member was there during the sit to confirm that my story is true
Additional Information (Players/staff directly involved, etc):Wish was Involved I (Havier Fernandez) and Ace were involved. There was also one other player but i cannot recall who it was. He just whitnessed and was not actually involved in the ticket.
I'm posting this on behalf of Havier (fart#3323) since he cannot sign up to the forums due to problems with steam on his side.

Ace is a Moderator and is unable to approve PKs. We will look into the other claim you've made about their conduct.

I approved the PK, I can confirm that ace took the sit regarding the PK after it was done. I cant confirm what was said in the sit because I went afk after I started watching it. Regardless, Ace shouldnt have claimed a ticket that was regarding a PK from the faction he is currently in.

I'm truly sorry if that hurt you.
