Reason for ban: RDM FailRP
Length of ban: 1 day.
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Absolute bullshit ban. 4 people rdming me and another person over and over again, no staff take action. I kill one person with a claw hammer, for threatening my life ( which may be against the rules), and I'm banned for a day. 3 hours before, I make an admin ticket, another guy rdmed 4 people in a row. I send the clips to an admin, a kick. Half of the staff team has no clue how to dish out punishments and it's insane. I was never pulled into a sit, was unable to explain the situation, I was just banned. I've never been banned before, just a kick.
Why should you be unbanned?: ^ . I do not deserve this ban. No priors, no admin sit, nothing. Multiple people were there watching the situation, including another staff member. Not to mention the person that got RDMed, I didn't even kill.
Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I have about 4 10-minute clips, if its necessary i'll go through and edit them.

Hey, i am the staff member that banned you. First of all, you and your friends were building DarkRP like bases on properties that weren´t yours. You were also having a shootout at the motel where random people got killed. I pulled 2 of your associates into a sit and told them that they need to stop, but both sides ensured me that they were friends and that it was a consentual fight. So i let all parties off. But I told them to stop bothering people and not to build on their properties when asked to leave. You did the exact opposite and proceeded to herass the person that made the ticket (clip).
If you were RDMd. Why didnt you make a ticket? And how did it happen 4 times? Did you go back to the scene and kept rp´ing after you died? So many questions. If someone is on your property and doesn´t leave you may kill them. That´s not rdm it´s just common sense.

Thanks for responding. We were roleplaying as homeless people and had the consent of everyone's whose properties we were building until this point. Then, Renez and his friends in his org start driving by and rdming us while we were roleplaying at the vannah (clip 1). While driving in a van, his friends rdmed us again (clip2). Then, we were in front of their property, put down our dupe, then before anything happens the same guys run up and start shooting without saying anything.(clip 3) They die to hammers, renez runs up, threatens to blow our heads off, thinking he was coming to finish us off after we killed his friends, we killed him after the threat. I'm 90% sure I made a ticket.
These clips are 40mb each, is there an admin I can send these to on discord.

God forbid someone on the server decides to do something other than guido rp. Everyone was having a good time until these guys started to RDM us. I have a lot of questions too. Why was I not pulled into a sit to explain anything? I have almost a week of playtime on this server, zero priors, and wasn't even given a chance to explain. I went afk to piss for 5 minutes and came back to a ban.
