Character Name: Quandale Dingle
The PK occurred on: 4/16/22
Reason for PK: The reason was that I jumped into a car and was shot out of it after lockpicking it.
Also This PK happened Hours after it occurred it was just out of the blue once I logged on and did some work in game.
Yet I was told that the PK did not register. It would be great if I was shown some leniency for this even if it is not expected
for someone too be even if they are new to the server.

The reasons you were PK'd are as follows: Breaking FearRP and additionally causing unwarranted harm in a financial way

I PK'd you about an hour after the incident, I had just hopped on and there was limited on-duty staff at the time. By then you had already hopped off the server so you were offline Char PK'd. Sometimes this doesn't work correctly and players can still load into their char. Its clear that this is what occured in this case.
I then saw that you came online, initated a sit, and explained the situation.
Hope this clears things up, I encourage you to read the rules to avoid situations like this in the future.
