What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I want to staff on Miami because there isn't enough staff actively on Miami we have to make tickets and people need to take tickets for people that need help. With the decline of Miami's numbers in popularity I understand a lot of people are actively focusing on New York and don't focus on Miami. I personally want to help server to be at its peak again. As while I'm a faction leader on Miami, having a active server with my active faction also helps a lot. We need more staff members on Miami.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I've staff in other servers specifically Military RP on ice fuse all the way up to senior mod and other ice fuse servers. I think staffing would be cool in this community because there isn't major quotas like ice fuse with recruitment and all the other stuff involved with being staff.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I think I'm kind of known, I'm just a faction leader and would play as Manny Costa back then but now I'm playing as a different person. My reputation I'm pretty much a cool dude I think of how people think of me and I'm patient as what I've been told. I think my faction likes me and I bring great roleplay to the server. Eventually I would like to be a Grandmaster and do cool worldwide events on the server so more Roleplay is involved with the community in Miami.

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I will report it someone higher than them and provide evidence.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed to know this can affect your friendship with them?: Homies weird If he get mad at me over banning him or something, he should understand I'm staffing.
