Reason for PK:Was told that I was only allowed to know some about the pk to prevent metagaming or something but from my understanding the official reasoning is "Impeding business" This reason is entirely subjective and cannot be factually proven as it is opinion based. I suppose obscenity could also be another reason for this but I had just gotten on in an attempt to punish or correct the behavior of the member of the faction who had done that. I do want to add while I imply it. I was not responsible for the large shaft that was seen on the building in any way whatsoever and was not on the server until for a short while after i'd joined.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: In the rules it states these are Reasons Not to have a valid reason to kill somebody to begin with.
Reasons do not include for Killing
Disrespect
Hitting with a car
Spitting on you
Defamation
Spamming
You get the jist Your PK reason cannot be stupid i.e “theres a rumor he shot my man”, it has to be more of “I recorded someone shooting my associate” then send the proof to the admin. Screenshots of someone saying something is allowed only if they are the person you are trying to PK, not a rumor
The logic behind the Pk is that because i owned a building in a certain area and there was something on the Building that I had no part in creating that made me a completely valid kill for the people responsible. Which I full heartedly believe to not be valid. Additionally I've submitted a post about a Staff member named ace who took a sit regarding my Pk and was incredibly disrespectful and called me a pussy during it. I do not have video recording but staff member wish did supervise the ticket and saw these events unfold before his eyes.

This has been sitting here for a while, and no one has talked on it. Fernandez cartel was disbanded and such. I am going to deny this.
