Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):
I came onto the forums to rectify foremost childish remarks I made against Rem a year ago, and the time I had taken from diverge networks staff regarding apprehending me on my dodging of this via my alt, which I regret sincerely, and above it I would say moreso what could be taken as a serious personal attack degrading the character of Rem, whom has been lenient and yet also punished me what was appropriately deserving for the time, but I would beg to appeal to them personally, pleadingly.
Why should you be unbanned?
- I firstly would like to start my plea for an appeal with clearly denoting how sincerely sorry I am for my ludicrous actions in the past that brought me to this point in time, and the recent uncoverings that hadn't made my prior case look any better whatsoever; I apologize. Between my time at diverge, around over three months or so, I've been in admiration to how unique yet high rolling the server is as compared to other roleplay servers on Garry's mod, a partial reason that admittedly I couldn't resist trying to go under the radar to rejoin. I deeply respect and have a kind of taste for and among the community that I couldn't quench elsewhere, and I would say that with my track record besides something notably idiotic I have done, I have been clean throughout.
- Once again, my sincerest apologies go out to the moderation staff whose time I have withdrawn from and drained personally, especially regarding the situation with administrator Rem, and the very childlike yet serious insults I made at them, which beyond just a mere glance have serious ramifications to defaming their character, which I have and certainly have now reflected and reflect on. It was childish, infantile, and uncalled for. Even at a moment of 'group' or peer pressuring inclinations to bully about, even my friends were quick to regret their lessons and overturn their mistakes quicker than I did, and I would like to partake as well.I apologize again sincerely regarding Rem and their character, along with the staff whom took time to apprehend me yet again.
- Among the time of my shrewdly return to the community and servers, around two months, I can pleadingly say that I haven't a single demeriting note or ban to my name as of what I can totally recall, and in the past only my deeply regretted ban that was landed for the reasons mentioned prior. I could only have a slight sense of being a sort of rat hiding in the sewers beneath large people, but overcoming that feeling I want to appeal and own up like a real and adult guy.
- I am glad and for what its worth proud to say that I have kept my nose clean and obeyed server rules from then-on my return, even asking here and there at whim to try not to tread where I shouldn't. I've been happy to entangle myself in the depth of the community and to naturally grow out a personal lore between my primary and of also my secondary character, along with the ripples I've had among the climates of New York server and less so but hopefully in far ventures as well, Miami. This community has been able to have me at attention yet sunken into the depths of its lore building and environment, unique to it alone and with glee I'll say no other servers to emerge or even attempt to pose have been not all but lackluster. I must say that for a game, I have come to love diverge and that I would be willing and am surely capable of rectifying my misdeeds, especially offering to personally apologize to Rem via call or chat one to one to compensate for my ill-words and predatory and impulsive actions. It was foolish ness, and as I say again, totally childish. I hope the staff and specifically Rem find it in their hearts, and also their logic to overturn the state of my ban and 'liberate me from my self-made prison'.
