Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): i am very sorry for what i did. i take full responsibility for what i did.
Why should you be unbanned? i think i should be unbanned or even just a reduced sentence because i think i deserve it i came forward with pendred in his dms on how to do it so he can find a fix for it and he told me he would think about reducing my sentence or even unbanning me and i think that week ban was enough time to learn from what i did and not to do any such thing like that ever again

I am one of his friends and came to give my piece and to be fully honest he really misses diverge and all his friends I believe he truly feels sorry for his actions and has reflected on them I have been In contact with him and talk with him when we play BO3 and he constantly expresses that he wants to be unbanned I feel he truly misses all his friends and the Role play of diverge and community of diverge as a whole from the serious moments when we grind and do work to the more light hearted moments when we used to watch white shirts doing random bullshit but to get to the main point I feel he has really learned his lesson and has fully seen what consequences he would have to face when he exploited but I ask to please reconsider this ban I don’t think he would do It again especially now that he realizes that all of his friends and all the moments of diverge would be gone for him.

I understand that he was banned for an exploit, in all honesty we are all human and we make mistakes. I would call this human error from my stand point. I believe that everyone deserves a second chance, let's face it.

+1 I've known Chato for 2 years outside of Gmod, he made everything I played with him more significantly fun and it's a shame to see him gone from this server. Chato can definitely be dumb at times but we are all literally 1980s mafia larpers so I'm sure mental retardation doesn't fall short from anyone here.
I can personally vouch for Chato as I was the person who introduced him to Gmod for the sole purpose of him joining me on this server. He's definitely made it a lot more enjoyable for me and lot more people and was diverse with his rp, sure he occasionally has hints of Fivem rp player in him but that's where he came from and so did I before joining this server, but its commonly forgotten that we both joined this server because of the better rp and mechanics in the server.
If Chato were to come back and successfully appealed, I'll make it my duty to hound over him to make sure he doesn't make a fuck up like this again, but I do genuinely believe Chato will improve upon this.
Furthermore, I still understand all doubts of reincluding Chato to the community but if appeased I can reply with some counter-points, as I do fully believe he should be appealed and "welcomed" back to the server.

I assume this guy got banned for duping cash with the casino tables. if that's so, then How Embarrassing. The Under-boss of a family duping money. Are you kidding me? This man was someone people looked up to, imagine how many people's RP was ruined because of this mans greed and selfish nature. This reflects heavily on the Compania and i would consider looking at other people in this faction because obviously their High Command is just completely selfish and have no regard of others on this server. I recommend to never, under any circumstance let this man back into the server. His apology is obviously a screen to shade the true nature of this man. He also has his buddies +1 ing him and its just embarrassing to La Compania as a whole. I cant believe this guy. Duped money, and when he got caught then he posts an apology in this thread. Just how embarrassing. Keep this guy banned and use him as an example to other exploiters in the server. Wow, just wow.
