Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I have no idea why I was banned, I had just shot up a stolen Bearcat with some ESU and I was banned for 6 hours, I was not called to a sit to explain my actions or anything.
Why should you be unbanned? I should be unbanned because I have not RDMed in any way.

Hi, I was the admin who banned you. I was verifying your logs and ban history before choosing a ban length, hence why the perception this was about the bearcat is there. You were banned for opening fire on the grey Bel Air as it drove backwards on the docks. It's not RP to gun someone down with zero regard. The situation should've been handled like an actual RP situation.

Ah yeah, John Birch was under fear RP before he started to drive away (he was stealing it). The owner of the Bel Air can vouch.
Why was I not brought to a sit to explain my actions? Do you not understand simple staff regulations, (such as bring both parties to a sit to explain both sides of the story)

I would like to clarify that fearRP is not a rule that is punishable with a ban and/or note anymore, depending on the circumstances. I looked at your previous bans, the only ban that you have received is this 6 hour ban. I'm going to accept this appeal - however, in the future please refrain from shooting someone for just driving away, regardless if you were pointing a gun at them.
