Reason for ban: "NITRP General Autism

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I was clearly banned wrongfully and they know it, and even admitted it, however abusive staff member mEEm wants to see me make this ticket to make it look like hes doing the right thing. In the three SS I am posting you can clearly see they were talking about a white MALE with a SUIT on, my character is a FEMALE with a black JACKET on. Then YOUR STAFF MEMBER continues to lie in general saying theres logs of me punching someone, a video of me punching someone, and admits to banning me based off of someone elses word. Then instead of sending me the video he just admits he wrongfully banned me and wants me to make this ticket to boost his ego.
Why should you be unbanned? Because I did nothing wrong to qualify as no intent to RP, I was RPing the entire time and when cops started telling me to leave, I left.
Additional Information (images, videos, etc): The photos are provided. They have the video but refuse to give it to me cause they know I caught them in a lie. I do apologize for being disrespectful towards this staff member but It seems I have been some type of target since I started playing. I have donated and spent hours on the server doing everything the right way, but shit like this continues to happen

Hello!
I'm the banning staff member.
You were banned after you ran into town hall during the inauguration event, jumped up on the stage, and shouted that you were the best and that you were unstoppable. Police then escorted you out, and Bingus kicked you from the server. Due to having interacted with you before and your small PO, I issued a six hour ban. Multiple warnings had been given in OOC chat to everyone on the server that mingery would not be tolerated, and would result in punishment. You then pinged me in the main discord's general chat, demanding I remove the ban and insisting I had mistaken you for someone else. I replied that you had run into town hall and punched a candidate; this reply was incorrect, you did not punch anyone, however several minges had run into the building and done that, leading to the mistaken reply; however, at the time the ban was issued, I was aware you had not punched anyone, and it did not affect the decision to issue punishment, or the duration of punishment. Two of your friends insisted that you had done nothing wrong, on the basis that you did not wear the clothing that other minges had worn when punchminging. These statements have no bearing on the decision, as a video exists that shows you running into town hall and shouting, and because their statements are based on the assumption you had punched people. I informed a friend of yours who inquired that my DMs were open. In the following exchange, I admitted this minor mistake, and mentioned explicitly to you that it had no bearing on the punishment, a statement that you mysteriously left out of this appeal, and which is included in the below attachments. As for your first attachment, neither me nor Bingus stated you were a white male in a suit, only the unrelated people in general chat said this.
In conclusion, while yes a minor error was made in describing your offense in the general chat, it was completely unrelated to your punishment, and the idea you had been punching people emerged only after the ban, and had no effect on it. The statements of others in general chat are based on the assumption that you had been punchminging, which you weren't, and as such cannot be relied upon as a statement of your innocence.
If you have any further questions, I'm more than happy to reply and explain why this ban was valid regardless of a minor post-ban error and what two randoms in general chat said.

The whole point is you banned me for NITRP - General Autism. I didnt break both of these rules. I walked in full intent to RP to enter the meeting and have police to escort me out. Which 100% happened IN CHARACTER. I didnt NITRP, you're missing the entire idea. And youre saying I "left out" lol bro I can post the time stamps right now, you told me those AFTER I made this ticket you have such a hardon for. You fucked up, you and another staff member. You REFUSE to unban me and to take FULL ownership of your mistake.
I never broke character doing those. So if theres real white shirt minges, all in one area, you mistook me for one of them. Okay, bro thats fine I get that. I would make that mistake too since its a wrong place wrong time kinda thing. But you openly admitted to making the mistakes, and to bring up my PO, I would have to bring you in a VC with another player Ally boy for assuming I was the wrong person. It was an entire ordeal that I spoke to admins about and just like this situation im being forced to sit through a ban that wasnt deserved. I was AFK and disconnected last offense and was banned for LTARP, and this time im being banned for General Autism which I wasnt aware was a rule in the server as I told you. Sir, what I am saying is, I have done NOTHING to go under NITRP, I was within RP restrictions, you are clearly aware of this through DMs on discord. Which I will gladly provide SS for the upper staff to read. You made a mistake bro, just admit it and unban me. You have my time I coulda been playing the server with my friends I HAVE BROUGHT to YOUR server. Im tired of this wait for an appeal bullshit when you know they wont respond to it until its already lifted. We are all now very irritated with this.

Also, NITRP isn't your determination. I decided that, given the context of the event and what had happened earlier, what you had done was reasonable to be deemed as not within the bounds of RP.
Also also, I can't even see the ticket you're talking about because support tickets are GA only.
Also also also, even if this were 100% undoubtedly a mistake (its not, but if it were), I still wouldn't be able to unban you like you're still demanding. Bans cannot be reversed without an appeal, or special exemption from UA which I've chosen not to seek due to my opinion that the ban is valid.

I previously owned servers, my biggest issue with other servers is bad staff. You are doing a bad job. I say this as advice not to be disrespectful. But if you are aware I did nothing wrong to be banned, you are aware I will have no choice but to sit here for 6 hours and wait, and you are aware that you lied in chat about fake logs. Bro, people mess up. But don't sit here and act like you did something right for the server when you banned a player who does everything BY YOUR RULES, donates to the server, and most importantly BRINGS PLAYERS. I asked you nicely to unban me and not have to go through this whole entire ordeal. but you insist on making this a whole situation to continue my ban for your wrongful accusation. Okay, if its a staff rule that you cant reverse it thats fine. But if you're aware that I didnt break NITRP then why are you not helping me in this cause? Youre pushing for the ban to stay when you falsly made the accusation. You made the accusation cause there was a bunch of real minges around me, I get that 100% I would assume Im a minge too. HOWEVER, you CONSISTENTLY lied in chat about my actions, LIED ABOUT LOGS, and still push for me to be banned. I dont understand this situation with you anymore. You know you fucked up, but youre standing by your mistake even though you admitted you were wrong.

Also, don't comment on a ban appeal unless you're directly involved. (Being a friend of the appellant doesn't make you involved.)

I strongly, STRONGLY have no intent to play this server anymore after this situation. Wouldnt bringing me into a sit be better then just right away immediate ban, now we have to do all this extra shit. Now I have another offense which is FALSE, if thats how the NITRP rule works what is stopping staff from saying "ooh, he got in his car from the passenger seat, BAN EM THATS NITRP" You HEARD i did something first, wasnt there, didnt see evidence, matter of fact MADE UP YOUR OWN evidence to make it look good, banned me, and now youre making me sit through the ban with no choice. I should be atleast compensated in some type of way, but I no longer wish to play this server now cause of the actions you made. I hate terrible staff, and sadly you're walking right down this path. Ways you couldve went about this: #1: Brought me into a sit and explain what im going to be banned for, and we can talk so I can explain my side so theres no confusion. #2: Seen LITERAL evidence instead of making up lies about it THEN doing something. #3: This is something I feel ALL staff should know, is KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THE ENTIRE SITUATION BEFORE ACTING ON IT. You admittedly made up your reason for banning me, made up a false story and narrative, and now youre claiming it had no affect on my ban when you werent saying that an hour and a half ago. Man up, admit to your mistakes and help me get unbanned. Stop forcing me to sit here and teach you how to do your job while I be punished for no reason.
