What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *
Well this is mostly to do with the ticket wait times sometimes I can be waiting 30+ mins for a staff member(usually this isn't the case but this still happens often on peak hours) Due to this pissing me off so much i want to just be able to just do it myself along with helping others which I can do due to having a lot of free time. I also want to join the GM team and get more RP heavy events for the PD as there aren't enough, they are mostly just raids on the PD.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *
Well I have a lot of experience not only staffing wise but RP wise too. I've been with this game mode since mobster paradise but I did most of my RPing on typhoons mafia RP and was pushing for some more major changes to RP there too with most of what i suggested getting implemented. With this I can and will push for some advances to RP here to improve the server as much as I can. I have a lot of time I can dedicate to the server as I'm not really need too much on my Chars and though it's sad if I'm not working I don't do much else. With this i am already extremely active on the server anyway this just gives me something to do when there is nothing going on
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Most recently I came from being UA on typhon I was staff on there for like 2 and a half months, before that I was Elite Admin on Icefuse MRP I was there for around 4 months. I have helped run multiple medium-small sized server including Variation gaming, Phoenix Networks, Centurion Gaming, Notorious Networks, Burst Networks, Plumbus Networks and Celtic Networks, so this was either doing small amounts of dev work for them or managing staff teams, I do not really have amounts of times i was there though. I’ve also me a regular staff member on Warewolf gaming, Advanced gaming and Macho RP which were semi big server (Warewolf is still going the other 2 were servers from like before 2017) where again it was so long ago I don't really remember how long i was there for but it was a while. (I’m not counting spire as it never came out all i did was hire some staff members)
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: nope, i have 3 notes. I believe one for RDM and the others I have no clue as I was never told about them.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I’ve been here for a while now i know that the whole of PD knows who i am i better with most of them now as when i came back to the NYPD from the MPD i was not good with anyone in esu we had a massive rivalry, but now it is all sorted(mostly) I dont know of anyone else really having a problem with me other than that. Like every officer I assume most criminal people dislike me. I don't like criminal RP so I just don't get involved in it, meaning I haven't really made many friends in that part of the server. I’ve been a judge now for a while which is also not a good place to make friends with criminals either but I don't believe anybody fully hates me.
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Cordelier was the main one as he kept trying to get me to join but he's now gone. Sammy, Yung, Vex, Grim and MeeM also recommended me.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
well in my eyes tickets come before RP so I will do what I can to get to it if nobody else is taking it. If there are no staff members on duty I will just go on duty.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
I first make sure i get proof of it as just moaning about it will just piss people off, then i would go to who ever is higher than them and just send them the video(s) of it and let them deal with it as they see fit
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:
(I don't have friends.) In this case i would need to deal with them properly its happened in the past and it didn't really affect my friendship with them at all just comments like “you take it too seriously” but really if they are just minging and running the experience of other players i would have to punish them as if they were anyone else doing the same thing, if i really don't think i can be unbiased in something like this i would call for another staff member, but that is rare.

This app is also just horrible you put zero effort into it. For this part "well in my eyes tickets come before RP so I will do what I can to get to it if nobody else is taking it. If there are no staff members on duty I will just go on duty" this also isn't allowed because you're taking your own sit which makes you bias.
From my experiences in game with you is that you tend to lack a lot of self control.

that's not what I meant by that btw it was more if nobody else was taking my tickets it unlikely anyone is taking anyone else's tickets so i would do that as i know how frustrating it is

Shows a lack of seriousness for rp and server rules, often seen breaking rules and has a blatant disregard for staff. Also claims he will take his own ticket.
