Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): My ban reason was because I said "kill yourself" in looc. To be honest, these fucking officers do not know how to do their job. These officers SAW THIS WHITE SHIRT assault me, so I killed the white shirt. They then arrested me for that, so I said kill yourself. To be honest, I fucking hate these officers. They minge all the time and don't know how to fucking do their job. I said that, then they were like "oh well you said go kill yourself to your lawyer" and they were making so many accusations IC even though it was OOC. These officers will also face shit either way. They also didn't even post my gun in the #evidence-room, they just took the weapon and got me banned.
Why should you be unbanned? I don't really care if I get denied, since it is just two days, but the amount of shit these officers are is just incredible. Being banned because of mingy cops and a terrible detective is just crazy. No warns, no kicks, just a straight up ban for me being honest. I know its bad to say that, but these officers really deserve to be fired. I don't even know how this fucking minge got Senior Officer but I think they're just mass promoting right now. "Harassment | Request|" The only reason why I did @Help I said to somebody they should kill theirselfs, please ban me" is because these officers were fucking getting on my mind so I would take a kick or ban rather than listen to these fuckers. I know I asked for a ban, but holy shit I just don't understand the brainpower in these officers, in ANY officer mostly. These officers were also deciding FOR me if I wanted to go to court. Previously, they offered me a deal, (THEY SAID IT WASNT A PLEA DEAL BUT LATER CHANGED THEIR MINDS ABOUT THAT) They said they'll drop the charges but they'll confiscate my Colt Python. (WHICH I HAVE A LICENSE FOR) I was like, "Fuck no, take this to court or drop the charges" Then my lawyer requested time with me and I was overall saying, "these fucking officers dont know how to do their jobs, fuck these officers" Then these officers CAME IN AGAIN EVEN THOUGH ME AND MY LAWYER WERE STILL DECIDING, they came in and said, "so do you want the deal or no" I don't really care if you read all this, if you do please just keep in mind these are the most mingy officers and they arrest anyone for literally anything. Thank you for the reply, although I did not say "I don't really care" to your message/voicechat. These officers were talking shit, and I was just saying I didn't care about they were saying. It was just a bunch of arguing with these officers that were just making me unable to hear you. I couldn't really hear you that well. I also did hear you say "how long, 1 day? 2 days" but I thought that you were talking to the officers and not me. I agree I was being toxic, but being arrested and loosing your 6k gun over self defense is undeniably abusive. (from the officers) If you could reconsider this, thank you
