Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): The Welsh mob is made up of Welsh Gangsters that moved from Wales to New York in the early 1980’s, although entirely made up of Welsh men they have been known to work with or for the Italian Mafia and African American Gangs. The founders of the gang are Ivar Romano (Half Italian and Welsh), Gwen Jones & Brent Llewellyn from the small industrial town of Pontypool where they quickly became notorious for running the drug supply from Newport to Cardiff. They were known for their brutal treatment of rival gangs and their win at all cost mentality. Victims were often found by the authorities ‘blood eagled’ in fields (type in to know what blood eagle is). The people of Wales grew to fear the gang and the names of Ivar, Gwen & Brent sent shivers down the spine of most citizens in the UK.
One event that highlights the Welsh Mob’s reign was the ‘Celtic Gang war’ which was a fierce war between The Welsh Mob & The Merseyside Riders (Liverpool Family Gang). The war resulted in the Welsh being victorious with 57 casualties on The Merseyside Riders side and only 12 on the Welsh side. However, despite the Welsh victory they lost one of their founding member ‘Brent Llewewlyn’ from a drive by shooting in Cardiff. Victory was claimed when the Two Welsh leaders backed with 13 gang members marched to the ‘Merseyside Riders’ hide out and ‘Blood Eagled’ their leader in the Liverpool town centre.
Ivar & Gwen are very famous among the United Kingdom's DEA which ultimately led them to flee to New York leaving Rhys Evans behind to run business in Wales while Gwen & Ivar plant new seeds for the gang in New York. The Welsh mob still have a big hold over the underground world in the UK. However, the rise of London gangs have made things difficult for the Welsh men.

I don't mind going into a lot more detail on the backstory, I was under the impression that I was supposed to keep it brief as the minimum word count was so low
