Why should they be returned?: I was making a joke with rage by putting a penis on the window of the city hall after him saying he'll be watching beevis and butthead up there, then as i was deleting it bingus also deleted one of the props then brought me to a rooftop and removed my flags

I can't really say much besides I had no idea you were going to make a giant dick. But I get that it would've been funny, you shouldn't have done it at city hall.
