This was an RDM, I was walking down the street and some random dude shot me. I don't know what I did, but all I remember is this random guy shooting me and then Im pked. Im very confused, and think this was a mistake.

Hello I was the staff member that approved the Pk. You faction leader gave the ok to pk you and two members in your faction hunted you down and killed you so its not a RDM or a mistake. It was a Don's Order for being incompetent in doing work correctly and not listening to your high command.
