Reason for ban: Violating Character Rules | Transferring items between Characters

Reason for appeal: I'm making this appeal because I don't ever remember item transferring with ExodusMal. The only time I can remember item transferring was a while ago but it had nothing to do with ExodusMal or even my current character. I believe I also got punished for this. If you want to take the items that I so called "Item transferred" then go ahead because nothing in game is worth getting banned and making my record even worse. I have actively been trying to be a better RP'er on Diverge and bans like this really don't help out. The staff who banned me claimed I had used a cop character to transfer items to my criminal character but my most recent cop character was alive for 2 days and never owned a singular gun. My original cop character died with all her guns because I had gotten arrested and put into jail for selling weed. Im sorry for any rules I may have broken, again if you need to take guns then thats fine with me I just really don't want to be banned. Finally, if it's true (which I don't think it is) that I did infact item transfer please know that Im not lying when I say I don't remember, I have been trying to be a model role player so this sort of thing just seems like something I wouldn't do especially now.
Why should you be unbanned? I should be unbanned because I genuinely have zero recollection of item transferring, and not only unban me, please unban ExodusMal, he certainly had nothing to do with this.
