What is your motivation/reason for applying?:
I have been playing on diverge networks for a couple months and I have always aspired to become a staff member. Especially since the times I am usually on minges/rdmers run rampant and the admins are either not on since I play on EU time, afk or dont respond to tickets so I have decided to take my chances and try to fix these problems myself. If I would become a staff member i would try to keep the RP going and keep it safe from rule breakers and try to teach new players the ins and outs of Mafia RP. Also anauther issue i have seen in my experience is the long ticket times for whitelists, PKs and player reports, but if I would become a member of the staff team i would try to minimise the wait on them. As a person who has done a few PKs before I know how annoying it is to wait for the ticket to be claimed or to be told there are no admins that can oversee PKs and I would really want to fix this problem.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:
In my opinion i should be considered over other candidates because, as a devoted Role-Player, I would always put myself into the boots of both sides. I would let each side speak their mind and come up with a conclusion after i have been provided facts and proof of any wrong doing. I would also try to remain neutral in any situation. And since I lack experience with SAM commands or any admin tool I would give my best to try to learn how to use them.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): No I do not, but I do hope I will be able to gather some if I will become a member of the staff team.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes I have been banned for 12 hours for item transferring when I started playing Diverge and wasn’t that familiar with the rules at the time and from than I avoided being involved in item transferring.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Can’t say that I am that well known, but there is a good part of the community that knows me and like to hang out with me especially from Cartel-RP, which I’ve been involved in for around 8 months now. And most of the people I have befriended over my playtime think that I am a chill and friendly guy.

Problem Solving
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would clip the moment the RDM happens than create a ticket to report the offender, than if the ticket would be claimed I would hand over the evidence to the staff on duty, but if no admin would take the ticket I would try to leave the RP situation I would be in and go on duty to take care of the problem myself.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather evidence of any wrong doing and abuse and than I would report the malicious activity to UA so they can punish the abuser.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would claim the ticket than drag him into a sit and review the evidence of his rule breaking. If there isn’t any evidence I would return the reporter and my friend than proceed to follow him in no-clip to see if he is actually breaking the rules. But if there is evidence presented of rule breaking I would be forced to take measures and dish out an according punishment depending on his offenses.

Great person. When I was UA, I never had issues with him, even though I don't know him on a personal level I think he would do good for the staff team.

+1, I'd recommend this player for staff as he is responsible and fair. I've known him for little over half a year and he's of sound mind and judgement. In addition, we need more EU staff.
