Updated: +1, my only problem was with the shortened back story but now that is fixed. I like the inclusion of pictures to help with the story as well

Im not gonna + or - this but I suggest putting more hours into the server before creating a faction so you understand how things run on the server and how to be an ideal faction leader

The idea is origninal, the backstory has now more efforts but 30 hours is really low. Maybe you will gain more time by waiting on an answer from UA on your appeal but i suggest you play more before applying.
