Reason for PK:I was in gulf cartel a long while ago, due to work and some things i was not on as much. i came home to play and saw i was removed from the faction discord without any question. (this was during the miami release) i thought gulf cartel was not a thing after or disbanded as i went back to playing in New York without anyone joining. After a while i came back and decided to transfer factions to the colombo crime family. in my mind thinking i didnt have a family and it would not have mattered if i left. and i could not contact the don of the gulf cartel as i was again removed from their discord. The gulf cartel is saying i was a made person which i was not. i was never good enough to even become close to that for the short time i played. and so on i was targeted and killed while in the colombo family for "leaving without permission"
Why should you be unPK'd?: i feel it was not needed to go as far they did, and it wasnt right to remove me without reason and then come after me

Hello.
You were PKed on the basis of leaving a faction without approval from the leader of such.
The don of the Gulf cartel ordered your death and paid another faction to carry out the killing.
I will note that previous to your death I was not fully aware of this guideline, specifically about the Made+ rule.
I will ask for proof of rank, either from you or from those who ordered you to be dead, and further clarification on you supposedly being removed from the faction Discord to deem if this PK is valid or not.

Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted.
The reason is that you were kicked from the discord for inactivity so it would be unfair to be pked for leaving the faction when you were removed from the faction's discord. You may not use IC information from you time in the Gulf Cartel.
Your character has been reinstated and can be used again.
