Reason for PK: Don's Orders / Mitch is a salty bitch
Why should you be unPK'd?: Because this was a year ago. I got approval from the Don at the time (Dylan Galante) to leave the faction.

You were always good to me and I appreciate that, I will always consider you a friend. But when it comes to this topic I do have to speak up to defend this PK. Currently you are using a hearsay message between you and a former don of the Cassanos. Our good friend dylan, he has not played on the server for months, almost close to 6 months at this point, as you know. This is not evidence to overturn a pk. He can not remember anything, his initial response would of course be yeah sure. But this is not the case. I, and others have already discussed this with him and he does not recall it, and simply gave you his intial response because he wasn't aware of anything.
We had multiple conversations with you about how you wanted more responsibility in our faction. This was always an issue with la cosa nostra rp since you are a women, as you know well. But since we all considered you an asset and a good person you were promoted up the ranks and had the same responsibilities as a capo. You have large knowledge of the factions information and more. This is information that we can't have out freely. With the position you had, it would be failrp to not pk you.
I have been around since you first were a member of our faction. I have always been in the background even after I stepped down from Don due to school. But I always was in the background in discord. I was constantly informed on this ever growing situation. You know you can't walk away from this thing of ours like that. Specifically when you held the responsibility and power that you held. The fact that Dylan allegedly gave you permission is ridiculous hearsay.
I still consider you a friend and still wish you the best.

That was on Leliana Barzini. I was a Capo, on Leliana, who was PK'd by Dio Cartelli. Not on Isabella.
Mitch left the Discord, and at the time, Isabella was married to him. This was a few months after Leliana. I left because Dylan gave me explicit permission since Mitch left the Discord and I was only a Cassano, on Isabella, because I was married to Paolo Cassano. So there was no reason for me to be in the faction, hence why Dylan gave me permission to leave.
I appreciate your input, but that's exactly what happened.
I hope you think about what actually happened. They were two different characters, and at the time of Leliana, Isabella had nothing to do with the Cassano's.

Dealing with this before it gets out of control.
1. You cannot use Don's Order on someone outside of your faction. Character was a Gambino at the time of killing, so this technically makes the whole thing void in itself.
2. The character was not a a member of the criminal aspect, can you imagine Carmela in the Sopranos getting whacked for divorcing Tony? Would be ridiculous.
3. Permission was previously given OVER a year ago, even if none of the previous factors existed, the to act would've been then not now. You wait literally an entire year when you had any other time.
4. Edit: By US law you cannot testify against your partner. So no information would go anywhere anyway.
