Why should you be unbanned? First RDM I fully understand now, I did not know I couldnt just shoot on sight for trying to steal a vehicle like cops do. I do admit I was in the wrong the first time. But the 2nd rdm i didnt admit that it was RDM, Because he murdered someone with a bat infront of the store I work at and was harrassing people outside after being asked to leave then after he was attempting to get money/pan-handle infront of the store I work at/near it. I understand that my first case is deemed RDM within the rules, I only acted because I thought my car was going to be stolen. I also understand that I have some PO's however this time I truly thought I was acting within the rules, especially for the second kill and hope that my ban can be reduced. It should be noted that the admin banned me without reviewing my evidence for the second RDM hence why I am making this appeal. (This appeal is mainly only for the 2nd RDM I do understand the 1st rdm and why im getting punished for that)

you rdmed me for attempting to unlock your car, and then you killed my friend for ASKING FOR MONEY. i was with the administrator/moderator while in the sit, and he said you could send your evidence. i have the evidence below, please do not make yourself look like the victim. i do not appreciate how you're trying to manipulate your way around this, and I think a 5 day ban makes sense as you have 5 PO's and you rdmed/vdmed x2. also about the second kill, i fully agree about how my friend was harassing people outside, but for one, he DIED, which makes it to where you broke NLR. And whats worse is you deleted the second rdm video..

I was the guy who "killed someone in front of your store" I was being harassed by minges throughout my entire session time. One of those minges attacked me with a crowbar, you were just looking for an excuse to kill me its clear. You should've gotten banned for ever longer considering you rdmed a third guy right in front of me.

As a witness to the entire series of events, I can clearly say the first case was clear RDM since the man only attempted to unlock the car in front of the La Victoria. As far as the second killing in this video: [color=var(--text-link)]https://youtu.be/iz8X7tCZomo[/color] , it was completely warranted since the man literally beat someone with a bat to death in front of the store as the man tried to run to safety and was asked to leave the storefront after harassing someone else. The ban should definitely be reduced since the second killing is not RDM at all, and the first, which was technically RDM, was for a man messing with his vehicle.

I think "some POs" in this case would be more of an understatement given the extensive list, even when excluding the RDM POs.
