Long Answer
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * My motivation for applying for staff is that i love the NY server and the people that play it. I have great interaction with staff and talk to them usually frequently if its a case of minges or people LTAP. I usually ask them questions is being a staff member fun to do and there answer is yes. The reason i want to be staff is that it seems alot of people have been making tickets recently and it takes a while for there tickets to be accepted due to lack of members online in the later hours when im usually up and playing on the server. The server has usually taken up my primary time when i'm able to play games and I feel as if I can use that time to enforce rules on the server to make everyone's time playing, a better time. I would rather use my time for the server than my time being just for my self
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *I believe everyone that takes time to submit a staff app should should be considered before me. its not just one person enforcing rules its a whole team. But i have the skill set necessary to enforce rules and not turn my back on them. The rules take priority for people to have a good time, and enjoy there time as they play the game or roleplay. i dont have previous modding experience but i do have leadership traits and learn very fast then other people. I tend to Uphold a standard and not lean off.I have a positive attitude and most the people i play with or train to be a cadet usually think im a good guy and try to help them out especially they have been showing signs of doing there job correctly and outstandingly, i will try to get them a promotion and recommend them. I believe that you should always uphold a standard and try to go above and beyond what your goal is no matter what.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *I think i am well known on this server for being below Thomas Massau in esu usually me and him go out on patrol and alot of people come and talk to us while we are moving around. I take roleplay seriously but i have fun with it at the same time. People who know me, know that I take my job seriously and always try to be above average. I dont believe anybody has a problem with me but if they do i wish for them to come and talk to me about it so i can change what they dont like about me or apologize for the way I acted. I am a firm believer of talking things out like adults and figuring stuff out, im a very reasonable person. People usually either know me from being in the pd with kevin heart and Thomas Massau, I try my best to fix things that are wrong with PD and people will usually talk to me about it because they want this certain thing changed or i could've done this better, I always listen to feedback and try to change for the better.

Problem Solving
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:Make sure you have evidence of them committing the crime and submit it on the forums
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Get Proof of them abusing staff powers and submit it to UA so they can be punished
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging.
How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:I would bring them into a sit and give them a warning and explain what they did is wrong, i would also make a note on them as a reminder. If they decide to commit the act again for no valid reason I would have to punish them.
