Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I've played the server for awhile now, and I've seen how players can act and break rules resulting in disturbance of the roleplay environment. I'd like to be a part of the Staff Team to help combat these issues and improve the overall role play experience for everyone. I am a very active member of the community, and now I wish to help it in other ways than just role playing properly. I'd like to help reduce the stress of the current staff team by helping with the large amount of tickets. I'd be able to handle issues without getting angry and having a powertrip.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I'm active on the server and would be able to help with a considerable amount of tickets. I'm a calm person in stressful scenarios and would be able to maintain myself in such scenarios. I believe I have enough experience on the server to be able to do my job effectively and would be a good fit. I don't cause problems and/or have beefs with people, and overall am there to improve the server and the roleplay experience. I love the community and would love to be a Staff member to help it.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): N/A, besides StarWarsRP servers & an old Nutscript server which I used to own.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Depends on how it happens. If it happens right in front of me, then I will act right then. If It is seen in a ticket, I'll wait a minute and see if another staff member takes it, if no one does, then I'll go on my staff character and take it myself.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
I would record it and send proof to server management.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:
I would act like I would with any other player. If they break the rules, then they'll receive the same punishments as any other player.
