Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images):
Cartel de Marielitos is an organised crime family formed in Havana, Cuba.
Both of these men were Cuban Political Exiles, given the name Marielitos due to their refugee status. The term Marielitos is the name given to the Cuban immigrants that left Cuba from the Port of Mariel in the 1980s.
The two founders Fidel Alahandre & Rafael Martinez got into petty crime at a young age and were already producing and selling narcotics to the US before they had turned 20. They then spread business to the States and grew their crime family once the Communist government took power in Cuba.
Both men were involved in the Bay of Pigs invasion, trained by the CIA in Brigada Asalto 2506.
The Cartel de Marielitos is formed of only Cuban / Cuban-Americans. They associate with Spanish-speaking people but do not fully accept them into their ranks.
The Marielitos are known for their high degree of organisation, including a hierarchical structure, as well as for their use of brutal violence.
Criminal activities perpetrated by Marielitos include drug dealing, marijuana, heroin, and cocaine, as well as assaults and home invasions. The Marielitos have infiltrated schools as a recruiting grounds - they preferably target the younger generation of Spanish-speaking people, trying to incite violence and racial tension.
Their numbers grew rapidly in the late '70s, but later remained stabilized. The gang operates mainly in the Miami and West Coast areas.

I've played many hours on this server (Even though I've just now done a forums account) and I've known Pops for many years and I believe this would add a fun new experience to the crime families.
