Reason for ban: FailRP - OOC in IC | General Minge | NLR
Length of ban: 4 weeks (28 days)
Reason for appeal: I recently got banned for a month because of what I did, and I wanted to appeal it as I don't really feel it's justified as some of my other bans. I got banned for a month for not following a few rules, (some which I don't have any PO's in) and I'm not really following with this ban. I did indeed break NLR, and I said right before I got banned that I needed to get out of PD as I died earlier and remembered that it was NLR, I did break that rule. I'm not saying that me breaking NLR is justified, I'm saying that I was about to get out of there but never got the chance as I did indeed get beaten by a few officers and banned after that. I did break OOC in IC, as I said to this officer since he wasn't healing me, 'You are required to provide medical attention to me, it's be corruption and it could be a PK', it was something along the lines of that. I have never seen somebody get banned for using OOC terms in IC, it's usually just a verbal warning or a note. I get that he added it on for another rule broken, but I said one OOC word, and considering it being minor I would think of it as a verbal warning, as I have 0 PO's for that. I get that using OOC terms in IC is FailRP, which I do have 1 PO in but I did appeal it and the ban appeal got accepted by Pendred, and I agree with it being another rule broken and I fully agree with that. Just before I got banned, (not even a few seconds before) an officer came up to me and said he's going to call an admin , (OOC terms in IC) and I didn't see him get banned, warned, or even verbally noticed by the administrator that banned me. I get that I have a lot of bans and notes, and I'm trying to make up for that as well,
Why should you be unbanned? I'm honestly fine with a day ban, (already been a day) or a two day ban. I understand that Moses dislikes me, and same for a lot of older and newer staff, but that shouldn't determine what happens, thanks.

Literally already reduced your ban. Didn't see this, but whatever. As I said to your friend; if you make one more mistake the UA will be asked to extend your ban.

I understand and appreciate that but I'm trying to have a clean record off minging and I requested for the "General Minge" to be edited & removed on https://bans.divergenet.works/ as I didn't disturb, annoy, or disrupt RP, I just needed bandages and stiches as Luke Roger and another officer beat me almost to death as I was asking them for medical attention.
