Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Greentea was not in any way allowed to make the ban, no research about the occurrence was done, he made the ban off the top of his head instead of doing the research on why Luke and I were killing each other
Why should you be unbanned? Luke and I were doing a training, which was approved by Captain Wayne himself, when Officer Russiv (Greentea) got involved on his pd Char and opened fire on both of us, Killing Luke Roger and injuring me while getting killed by me in a self defense reasoning. He did not bring us to a sit and inform us on what and why the ban is happening, he'd rather ban us and warn another officer 3x for watching me and Luke do our training; which came to a conclusion once Greentea felt like he had to get involved on his Pd Char. He had done nothing to conclude the "MRDM" and rather ban us immediately as we were a threat apparently, He also decided to do this on his PD char instead of being an admin on duty. He would rather leave out the details where he also RDM'd and make a false ban and accuse me of RDMing 10+ times. I am sorry to officer Russiv as he was not informed on why we were training, which may lead to the moment he grabbed a gun off duty and provoked him to shoot us. Me and Luke made sure to not involve anyone else in our training for example Officer Lee and officer Pardo who witnessed the whole thing (Pardo got 3 warnings for some reason) Green tea has also claimed that there was a ticket made which I have not seen evidence of, this was also not only a training but a consensual fight between me and Luke which he got him self involved in by Killing Luke and harming me which then lead to his death and his involvement in the whole training. The conclusion of this is Greentea has banned two people and warned a single person three times for a training situation between officers and a consensual fight during the training which had no purpose to involve officer Russiv

Sorry for the long paragraph, I am quite heated because instead of questioning me and Luke he just straight up banned us.

What you are doing is still against the rules.
You must remain in character at all times
If what you are doing is "training" for PD, it should be actual training how it would actually be done in RP.
Ban reason changed to, FailRP/NITRP, but you will be unbanned.
Your ban appeal has been reviewed and accepted.
The ban will be modified.
