David Jaime unban appeal - i dont know what to call this - 07-01-2022

Why should you be unbanned? This ban is highly stupid: I was told my guy (in my faction and i have his f3) was getting kidnapped (yelled "I'm being kidnapped") so i take immediate action, I tell him to get out (The supposed guy kidnapping him) and I shoot him I do understand I should have atleast told him to fuck right off but I didnt want to risk it as he had a AR on his back and i have a shotgun. I didnt mean to shoot my guy that was complete lag I could not control that it just lagged and the pellets got him instead of the guy who was supposedly kidnapping my guy/guy in my faction. After this happened I get pulled into a sit and then staff asks me was he actually getting kidnapped I then ask him by pinging him in discord he then stated that it was a "harmless prank". I then get banned for this

The man driving the vehicle was a friend of the man in the back and he made a joke that he was kidnapped. As you can see I am in the clip talking so I saw what you did. When I spoke to Gold (the one that reported you) he said that was his friend, and you cannot kill someone as they get out of their car with no gun in their hand. It does not matter that it was on his back, you did not initiate any RP at all, you simply RDM'd him. Also the "lag" excuse is quite telling, you have made that same excuse in the past because you fail to take responsibility for your actions. Does not matter if he is your friend or not, you cannot break server rules. Period.
You had no intention to RP and you were previously banned before for this type of behavior. I should of banned you longer for the false report and the RDM due to your history, but I was lenient enough to give you a day ban.
If you continue this behavior in the future, you will be banned longer. The ban will be over in a few hours, and I implore UA to not appeal this ticket.
