Tony Balls PK Appeal - Hoovis - 07-04-2022
Name of Character: Anthony "Tony Balls" Balisimo

Date of PK: 7/4/22
Reason for PK: Not known other than that it was a hit
Why should you be unPK'd?: I was shot in the back while heading to the Silver Tongue after leaving the gun store. I had only been in the faction for maybe an hour when I was PKed, and I made the character this morning. I had done nothing to cross anyone, and there is no reasonable cause for a hit especially considering I was a very new member of said faction.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

Supposedly the person which hired you forgot to pat you down and out the blue a S.W.A.T. van was pulling up to the silver tongue after training you and teaching you where to buy product. Leading him to assume you were a rat, telling his HC what he did and what he knows. They put the hit out on you and you died.

They put the hit out on you and you died.I was at the cafe pretty much the entire time I was on, and if I wasnt I was following around the man who hired me. The SWAT van came before I bought any product, and was just shitty ESU going around to annoy people. Their suspicion of me as a rat is completely unjustified. The only illegal thing I had done when the SWAT arrived was take a Mac-10 and the man who gave it to me already had a license and wouldn't have gotten in trouble for possession, but I would have.
