-1, I recommend more playtime before creating a faction, and some further work on your faction backstory, look at a few others have posted and use those to help you create an optimal faction app.

+1 sounds like a cool faction idea his playtime might be low but I've been playing with him for his week and he is def faction leader material and could keep it running

Would like to see another active faction in what is now going to be Union City. Background could use some polish but good start, interested to see how this might turn out for the server. Seems new but there is experience amongst the high command and that show potential.
