Reason for PK: Fearrp
Why should you be unPK'd?: I have spoken with a few past admins, and also consulted the rules. He mentioned a meta game term during the pk, which should void the whole situation. Not to mention, grim said that rem already approved the pk, and after speaking to rem, rem had no hand in the pk, meaning grim lied to me. I understand that when i pulled my gun out on safety i was breaking fearrp, but the fact of the matter that he also broke the rules by mentioning the term fearrp, and the blatant lies of grim, i belive i should be unpked.

I forgot to mention, he did it INSIDE city hall, which would have surveillance and cameras everywhere.
to reference, the rule im talking about is Using OOC terms over Mic, (Such as yelling "thats a pk, thats a pk!" After killing someone) may void the PK entirely. Remain in character at all times.
