What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I'm motivated to become an administrator on Diverge Networks because this is a community I really enjoy being a part of and I want to do whatever I can to help. I've witnessed alot of Minging, VDM, RDM, and I want to help it stop.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I Personally believe that I should be chosen over other candidates because of my passion and experience. I think that while I may not have the hours in Diverge Networks compared to others, I have more experience in the administrative field.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): ICE Networks - 4 Months, Atomic RP - 1 Week (Didn't like the community), CSRP - 7ish Months, Elite Roleplay - 5 or 6 months (Can't remember)
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I wouldn't say that I'm "well known" but if you ask a majority of active players if they know me, they will. I personally believe that I have a good reputation with the community, I can't name anyone who has anything against me.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would clip it, then either go on duty and create the staff sit or make a ticket for an on-duty administrator to handle.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would do my best to clip it and report it to their higher up.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would treat them the same as any other player.

Low effort application and really really low playtime.
I doubt you have an in-depth understanding of the rules after a such short period of time.
Build up some playtime and make sure you put effort into your application.
