-1, I can’t necessarily explain why but the name 14k is very nostalgic and funny to me. However the play time is too minimal for a faction leader.

-1 not much playtime. No explanation as to why the faction should exist in New York ( Union city is supposed to be a suburb of New york)
and the real 14k triad was not really present during 1986 since they mainly became prominent in 1990s.

Light +1 | Want to see more in the "History" section of the app. The case snippets are pretty dope tho. Only a little bit of server time, but if you have ran a faction before you should be capable. More server time and more backstory would get you a stronger +1
