I can personally vouch that he would make a good faction leader from what I've seen from him being a high ranking member of the Davis Boys and in Harrison Corp. Although he does have a LOT of PO's I've been playing diverge with him since I joined my first faction and he has come along way from how he used to act. Can safely say that he would make a good addition in Union City if given the chance.
