Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): In 1980, five men from a small town outside of Buffalo NY decided they were no longer going to be part of the mundane life of factory and retail jobs and seemed to disappear off the face of the Earth. Rumors say that the men by the names of Don "The Shepherd" Goodman, Clarence "Frosty" Whitfield, John "The Bishop" Welsh, Charlie "Pony Boy" Edmond, and Bruce "Butch" Manson went into business together and somehow gathered enough funds to purchase warehouses all across Upstate NY and that they are supposedly smuggling illicit substances across the American-Canadian border due to their vast networks through old careers such as salesmen/delivery men. Hiring anyone smart enough to keep their mouths shut and understanding the goals of the company, the men had made a big reputation in Upstate as unsung heroes, the guys you can turn to and get you anything you wanted from anywhere you could think of, if you weren’t a big mouth. As well as providing jobs to many local people, the heads of the organization often liked throwing fundraising events to “give back” to the local communities, as well as having a nice big tax write-off. Other reports indicate a mysterious gang putting competitors of Patriot Shipping Co out of business through intimidation and even going as far as supposed arson. None of these reports proved fruitful however, until the men got too big for their britches and the FBI took interest in the rising drug epidemic in Upstate, causing more and more tensions between the FBI, bought-out local police, warehouse workers, and the heads of the company which resulted in some low-level warehouse workers compromising the entire operation by leaking information that lead to warehouse raids and multiple arrests. Now the men are taking a Leave of Absence from their old stomping grounds in hopes of opening a new trade network down in NYC, essentially building their company back from the ground up. The difference this time is they now have no connections, no immunity, and most importantly, no reputation in the city that is now overridden with crime organizations all fighting for a piece of the pie. Although the odds are looking grim, the Patriot Shipping Company is eager to claim its role as one of the most respected companies in NY. The Company Structure is as follows:

Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Head of the Company
Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Underboss, 2nd in Command
Chief Operating Officer (COO): Ops Manager, 3rd in Command
President: Public Face of the company, Acts as Consigliere
Middle Command:
General Managers (GM): Overlooks their own division of workers and ensures they are being taken care of as needs arise, the “bridge” between High Command and General Workers (Captain)
Assistant Managers (AM): Greatly trusted members of the organization, can be multiple per division, act as “right hand men” to the Managers and help lower ranking workers discover all opportunity available to them with the company (Enforcers)
Street Ranks:
Team Lead (TL): Workers who have proven to be exceptional leaders and have proven that they have what it takes to be made a long term member of this company (Made Man role)
Senior Associate (SA): Workers who have demonstrated loyalty to the company and are well trusted, just not ready for leadership (Given Whitelist)
Warehouse Associate (WA): Workers somewhat new to the company, still learning the ropes but are showing great potential in their work ethic, (invited to pager but no whitelist)
General Laborer (GL): Internship conditional on if the Intern demonstrates admirable qualities to join the company, not to be trusted with any important company info, this position is only able to work at legal fronts
