Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I want to apologize mainly because I am new to the server but enjoy it very much from the hours I have spent on it yesterday. I did not understand much but I read over the rules and the help menus and there were people around to guide and show me what the server had going in terms of its content and roleplay. I had found a gun earlier and I decided that after I entered a building with people with guns drawn I got scared and started shooting, and I was a little drunk in real life at the time. I was also killed in this altercation and I do not recall actually killing anyone but injuring one. For this I am sorry because of how rowdy I was, but I did not lie about loosing my gun and whatnot and I just didn't know what the admin meant, but I can accept that it was aRDM and I apologize to the person I shot for it. I am very sorry to him and the admin for wasting time and ruining their roleplay fun. Why should you be unbanned? This is a very good server in my opinion and one of the top, and for a time I forgot that it was garry's mod as it could easily resemble a standalone game on its own. The community is very awesome in terms of the factions i had seen listed and all of the buildings and whatnot, it would be a shame to miss out especially when I made a very bad but minor decision that was very stupid of me. I will both try and make sure that I do not break the rules again or be too excessive from my part. I am sorry. I only joined earlier in yesterday but I tried very hard to roleplay to prove myself into a faction on another character and I also like roleplaying as a Jewish man from Brooklyn on this character with a Yiddish accent and I find it very fun. I would like to come back as soon as I can and not miss out on the very good things on this server that make it like a jewel in the sea of roleplay servers. Thank you. I understand not knowing the rules if you are new, However lying and acting mingey in a sit is not the way to go. You killed someone for no reason then proceeded to deny it ever happened. You knew what you was doing regardless of whether you are new or not. This shows a lack of care for people within the community and proves you have little intent to rp. For this reason I believe you should not be unbanned, and that you should take the time to read over the rules. Then, upon your return, we will be able to see if you understand and that you are willing to follow the rules.
