Reason for PK: Breaking Fear RP
Why should you be unPK'd?: I do not believe this pk to be valid for a number of reasons. My main reason for appealing this judgement is that I did not have my headset on at the time, which was an error on my part, and so I was unaware of any audio queues of weapons being pulled or verbal commands. In addition, I also didn't see any weapons being pulled on me. I had just come back from being afk and had picked up a shipment a few seconds before, and I was on my way to pick up another shipment when the incident occured. I did not see any of the assailants as they were behind me, when they made a command towards me I was unaware of it. They did not run in front of me at any point so I didn't even see them as I moved to pick up my next shipment. Furthermore, the route on which I was travelling was in the open, and so I was under the impression that a mugging could not even take place to begin with. Had I known I was being held at gunpoint, I would not have continued my current route to picking up my shipment. In summary, I know that I should have been wearing my headset, but as I was unaware of the fact that I was being held under gunpoint to begin with, I don't believe I broke FearRP, as I can't disobey orders or react accordingly if I don't even know what's happening. I believe that the muggers should have made a better attempt to make me aware of the mugging, by being in my line of site when they initiated it, as well as doing it in a secluded place as opposed to the road out in the open where they approached me.
If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

It's your responsibility to have sound when in a roleplay server and you would probably have some more credibility if you didn't run away as soon as you started getting mugged.

Nobody ever entered my field of view, they stayed behind me the whole time. The clip in fact shows that I was running before they came over to me. Also, why the audio cut out at the end of the clip?

From the video at no point did they go in front of you so you could see the guns pointed at you and it doesn't look like you realise they are there but they gave you repeated commands to stop while the guns were on you, so its hard to say as it looks you didn't knowingly break fear rp. Due to me not being sure 100% I went to dong and he agreed that it was a PK.

It is your responsibility to wear a headset when playing. There is no way to prove that you did or did not hear the audio cues. The players who interacted with you gave you enough time to react and even tried to run in front of you as you continued to slow down and run again.
Update: After re-examining the evidence, there was a manipulation with the audio which implies metagame'd activity. All PK clips must show full audio without any distortion.
