Hi guys
May have already been requested but I think it would be awesome if you could chop other peoples cars. Maybe give control of it to the faction that owns the garage? they could then take rumours for buying cars and sell it to an NPC or something.
Of course a cool down on getting your car back out would need to be added / not being able to chop your own car / Nobody in your faction can chop your car / you cant chop the same car in like an hours period?
I think it would just add another element to stealing someones car rather than just selling/trading drugs, it's high risk, decent reward and by making it so not everyone can chop, it makes you interact with other players.

Yeah so lets say if someone chops your car in, there is a cooldown to getting your car out again for like 15-20 minutes or so. So it makes you want to keep an eye on your car better too.

Neutral there is definitely potential here however how it is currently being proposed could be very easily abused. If it were to work similar to oil as in you could pay some money to source a car and in a random amount of time a car is spawned for you, car would have a limited time until despawning to reduce lag and abuse, car would have to be dropped off to a random location (similar to speedy delivery) and you are given either money and/or given car parts that can then be sold to a faction or just another NPC. Would be a good way to introduce new players into the criminal side of the server.

Concept nice. Execution simply not possible.
Would give too much exploitation opportunities.

Would just be exploited as a grind mechanic as opposed to a roleplay mechanic.
