as an albanian this don't really make sense? hellbanianz is a street gang based in the UK, and idk why u added cartel. Do Rudaj organization or a regular albanian mob/clan, if you want to do a street gang do Albanian Boys Inc as they're an actual street gang based in the bronx, other than that tho good luck on ur application
