I didn't do the PK, but after seeing the reason and taking a look at logs, I was able to understand the scenario. Your faction member swapped to an alt character, 40 seconds later killed you and the police. Clearly intended. Right after the situation, the guy left in a vehicle and then swapped back to his main character after his cooldown. Was brought into a sit and claimed he had your F3.
I will PK the friend's main character because he clearly used an alt character instead of his main character for an action that would benefit his main character.
