Date of PK: August 22nd
Reason for PK: I was pk for Robbing and Snitching
Why should you be unPK'd?: To start, I should b unpkd because Robbing is completely false, I never once ask for money nor tie anybody up while I had a gun pointed at them. Even before I joined the family I did not rob anybody, if you check my logs you will see I never once tied anybody up. or searched inside anybody's Inventory. I did not even have much interactions with anybody except the faction I was in. The snitching part of the PK is entirely false. I did not snitch one time even after I was ordered to by the head of the family. We were driving around and told me I have to wear a wire and snitch on the org. He told me he works for the government and wanted me to snitch on the family. In my situation I literally was dead no matter what. If I did not follow orders, I would die, If I did follow orders I would still die. He then proceeded to use discord to talk to me further about what I have to do. He then used discord dm's, which is OOC to find me in game and PK me. He would of never found me in game if it was not for discord.

You were pked due to you attempting to rat on the faction and for breaking the faction rules in this case the rule being Mugging. You admitted to him that you had mugged people which I witnessed and they have a clip of. With the attempting to Rat part when he pretended to be an undercover FBI agent you agreed to give him intel on the faction and they got someone to give you a piece of intel which you then did go and give to him. You could have said no to the snitching but you didn't.
